Moving Again...

We are moving again, but thankfully this time we aren't going as far - only about 5 minutes from where we are now because...We are buying a condo! Sure it is the same size as our current apartment but costs as much as a house on the mainland, but at least it will be ours! Not to mention the mortgage we will be paying will be less than our rent... So we are pretty excited! Its a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath - and newly renovated so it is in good condition. We expect to close on it in the beginning of June, and can't wait for the chance to make it our own!
